You may be familiar with our buses, but you may not be aware of our history and our success story.
We are Reading Trasnport Ltd and are proud to have been transporting customers in and around Reading for over 100 years. Yes, there’s a lot of history but we’re really focused on giving you a great bus service. Along with our owners, Reading Borough Council, we’re trying to reduce car dependency for access to the area, both for visitors and residents.
In 1994 we purchased the Newbury divsion of the Beeline and named it Newbury Buses.
Our bus services operate out of the Newbury Bus Sation in Market Street and our Newbury Vehicles are maintained at our Depot in Mill Lane. This is where are drivers start and finish their day.
